Our work process
Our work process

Design and pattern making:
We begin by translating your design concept into detailed sketches and technical drawings of the bag. These are then developed into precise cardboard patterns, which serve as the foundation for cutting the leather and all other materials with absolute accuracy.

Prototype development:
Using the patterns created in the previous stage, our artisans cut and assemble fabric pieces to produce the first prototypes. These initial models allow us to carefully review proportions, construction, and functionality together, refining every detail until the design fully reflects your vision.

Leather selection:
We carefully select exceptional leathers according to texture, color, grain consistency, and size. Each hide is meticulously inspected to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality. Thanks to the extensive network we have developed over the years, you will have access to a wide range of rare and exotic leathers.

Metal accessories selection:
We then select the most appropriate metal components for your design, ensuring harmony between materials, functionality, durability, and aesthetic refinement. Particular attention is given to finishing, detailing, and the overall balance between hardware and leather.

Sample creation:
Once all materials and technical decisions have been finalized, we craft the first complete sample. This prototype is produced using the refined patterns and serves as the definitive reference for the final product.

Production and scaling:
After the sample is approved, the design is ready to enter production. Minimum order quantities may vary depending on the complexity of the product. Every piece undergoes rigorous quality control before being approved and shipped, ensuring that each delivery meets our exacting standards and agreed timelines.
