Our work process
Our work process

Design and pattern making:
We translate your design idea first into detailed sketches and technical drawings of the bag and then into physical patterns made of cardboard. These patterns serve as templates for cutting the leather and other materials.

Prototype making:
Using the cardboards made in the previous step we cut and sew together pieces of fabric to create the first simple prototypes, from which we start to discuss together and improve on all the final details and charactheristics the design should have.

Leather selection:
We carefully select high-quality leather based on factors such as texture, color, and size. The materials are inspected for imperfections and flaws to ensure the best quality material is used. You will be able to choose among a big selection of exotic leathers that we have available thanks to the big network we built over the years.

Metal accessories selection:
We proceed then to select high-quality metal accessories based on your design and your needs. Metals are selected based on the compatibility with other chosen materials, functionality, durability, finish and detailing.

Sample making:
Finally after all necessary choices has been made, we start to manufacture the first complete sample using the previous fabric prototypes as reference to create your unique designs.

Production and scaling:
After the sampling phase is finished and the results are approved, everything is ready to be manufactured with MOQs that can vary a lot based on the product. Each piece go throught a severe quality control before being accepted and shipped to you, always respecting delivery dates.
